Your group chat is dry. Your feed is full. Somewhere between the two, real life is happening. Paanch puts you at a dinner table with four new people near your metro — matched by vibe, hosted with icebreakers, zero planning needed. No bios. No swiping. Not a dating app.
India's youngest generation is the most connected ever — and the loneliest ever measured. Paanch is the simplest fix we could design: five people, one table, one evening, someone else handles everything.
Figures from published national surveys on young Indians (2024–26).
From "book" to "best Thursday in months" without a single awkward moment left to chance.
Thursday dinner, Sunday brunch, or a women-only table. Choose your zone — we only run tables near metros.
A short quiz — social energy, languages, interests, food preferences. No bio. No photo upload. No profile to polish.
A day before, you get the vibe of your four co-guests — first names, professions, what they are into. Strangers, but not mysteries.
Four hours before dinner, the cafe is revealed — always a vetted public place, always a ten-minute walk from your metro.
A host runs ninety minutes of icebreakers that actually work. The table group chat stays open 48 hours — the people who click keep talking.
Every Paanch table is 4–6 people, hosted, and in a public venue. Never one-to-one. Never at anyone's home.
Five strangers, one cafe, 7:30 pm sharp. Hosted icebreakers, individual checks, done by ten so you still catch the last metro home.
Five women, a female host, and an evening designed around one rule: you should never have to think twice about safety. Same format, zero compromises.
For the "I don't do nights" crowd — daylight tables over brunch, board games and filter coffee. The easiest first table there is.
Same ritual, student price, campus-zone venues near Amity, Sharda, JIIT and DU. Because making friends should not need a salary slip.
Your friend group books four seats together and we mix in one or two new people. The gentlest way to try Paanch — come as a group, leave as a bigger one.
Board-game nights, street-food crawls, morning runs, gig cohorts. Tables that graduate from dinner become crews — and crews get first access.
Safety is not a policy page at Paanch — it is the product. Every rule below runs at every table, every week. If we cannot guarantee it, we do not host it.
The number one reason plans die in NCR is distance. So Paanch tables live inside your metro line — dinner at 7:30 pm, done by ten, last metro comfortably caught.
Where Paanch began. Cafe tables across Sector 62, Sector 18, Indirapuram and Vaishali — two tables every Thursday.

Refunds: full refund up to 24 hours before your table. After that, a ₹100 no-show fee applies and the seat is released to the waitlist. Alcohol: most tables are at alcohol-optional venues; your table details always say so in advance.
We never post names or faces without permission. We do post what the night felt like.
"Main do saal se Noida mein rehta hoon. Us raat pehli baar kisi ne poocha — tera week kaisa tha. And I actually answered."
"I have deleted three dating apps this year. This was the first time meeting strangers did not feel like a risk. The host was a woman, the cafe was packed, and my location was shared with my roommate the whole time."
"Came with my hostel group as a squad table. Two of us went solo the next week. The 48-hour group chat turned into a Sunday badminton thing that is still running."
"The icebreaker cards are criminally good. By dessert we were debating something so loud the next table joined in. ₹499 for that? Cheap."
